Shipping policy
We currently ship in Canada only.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the Express (1 to 3 business days) or Standard (3 to 9 business days) option you choose at checkout, as well as your location.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your package.
We offer free shipping on orders $200 or more.

Disclaimer
At Kuma Card Club, we carefully prepare and ship every order, but once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any loss, theft, delays, or damage that may occur in transit. At that point, the package is under the carrier’s care and ownership transfers to the customer.
If any delivery issues arise, please reach out to the carrier directly using the tracking details provided. Should your tracking show the order as delivered despite not receiving it, the carrier will be the best contact to investigate and resolve the situation.
That said, we truly value every customer. If something goes wrong or you need support, please get in touch with us within 12 hours of your delivery issue, and we’ll do our best to assist however we can.
Please double-check that your shipping details are correct when placing your order. Kuma Card Club cannot be held responsible for delays or missing packages resulting from incomplete or inaccurate addresses.
If an address needs to be updated after your order has already shipped, any extra fees or rerouting charges applied by the carrier will be the customer’s responsibility.
